THE PROBLEM Every winter, air quality in Tashkent often falls to "unhealthy" levels. Most families have no way to know what they breathe indoors. Imported monitors cost 2–3 million soʻm, speak only English or Chinese, and depend on servers outside Uzbekistan. OUR SOLUTION Toza Havo is a compact monitor (8 × 8 × 3 cm), designed and assembled in Tashkent. It measures: • PM2.5 and PM10 (fine dust and smoke) • CO₂ (stuffy rooms, poor ventilation) • Temperature and humidity A colour ring on the device shows air quality at a glance (green / yellow / red). The free Toza Havo app for Android and iOS shows history, sends alerts, and gives clear advice in Uzbek, Russian and English. WHY NOW We have spent 14 months building and testing prototypes. Since March 2026, 30 prototype units have been running in homes and offices across Tashkent. The design is final. We now need to fund the first production run of 1,000 units. HOW THE GOAL WILL BE USED (150,000,000 soʻm) • 55% — Components and first production run (sensors, PCBs, enclosures) • 15% — Finishing the mobile app and server infrastructure in Uzbekistan • 10% — Certification and safety testing • 12% — Packaging and delivery across Uzbekistan • 8% — Contingency reserve WHAT HAPPENS NEXT We will post a progress update here on 1Fund every month. • Component supply: our PM2.5 sensors are imported. We have quotes from two suppliers and will order within 2 weeks of the campaign ending to lock in prices. • Certification: local certification can take longer than planned, so we have built 6 weeks of buffer into the schedule. • Manufacturing: first production runs can have defects. Every unit is tested and calibrated against a reference monitor before it ships. • Delays: if any milestone slips, we will post a campaign update within 7 days with the reason and a new date.
